By identifying the most innovative, cost-effective and quality-driven suppliers, you will leverage your exceptional market intelligence, tactical negotiation skills and passion for supply chain optimization to :- Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint the optimal suppliers for all trims components used in our apparel production - Analyze procurement data to uncover optimization opportunities and implement the right strategy - Rigorously evaluate potential new suppliers based on factors like quality, lead-times, competitive pricing, innovation and sustainability practices- Built long-term, collaborative relationships with selected trims partners - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure trims procurement is seamlessly aligned with production schedule and forecastsJoin our dynamic, globally-minded team and unlock opportunities to make your mark !
Profil recherché
- Degree or experience in business, textile, operations or related field- 2+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, or any other relevant position. - Strong analytical skills, and customer-oriented approach.- Innovative and problem-solving approach. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Fluency in English, with French as a plus.- Occasional travels may be required.
